Emma Williams
Psychologist
Emma is a registered psychologist with experience in delivering Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) to children, and adults with a broad range of mental health issues which include depression, anxiety, chronic pain, perfectionism, body-focussed repetitive behaviours and stress.
Emma obtained her Master of Clinical Psychology degree from the University of Technology, Sydney. During her training, she gained experience working in various settings including public health and research clinics.
Emma is passionate about working with individuals through using evidence-based techniques and interventions to help achieve their goals, overcome personal obstacles and live more fulfilling lives. She believes that compassion, collaboration, empathy and understanding are essential in building a strong therapeutic relationship with her clients. She has a particular interest in working with adults who experience anxiety and depressive disorders, and chronic pain, and working with children who experience anxiety disorders, and their families.
