- Tuesday 7am to 7pm
- Wednesday 7am to 7pm
- Thursday 7am to 7pm
- Friday 7am to 7pm
- Saturday 8am to 1pm

There are two easy ways you can make an appointment with us, ring us Monday-Friday between 8am and 6pm and speak with our friendly reception staff or you can send us a message via the website. Our reception team will be touch to discuss appointment options with you.

What happens if I need to reschedule?
If you need to reschedule you are welcome to reply to your text reminder, email reception@wiseinstitute.com.au or phone 02 9906 5199. Our admin team are available from 8am – 6pm and will be able to reschedule your appointment to a Telehealth consultation, or reschedule to another day if needed. Please note that cancellation fees are applied for cancellations under 24 business hours. If you can not make it into the clinic, please consider using the time for a zoom or phone consultation to avoid late cancellation fees.
Telehealth Appointments
There are two ways that we can connect with you using Telehealth. Your psychologist can call you on the phone number you have provided, or you can connect on Zoom which gives you the closest experience to being in the room with your psychologist. Each Wise team member has their own personal Zoom link. Just replace the link below with your therapist’s First Name and Last name, as seen here: https://zoom.us/my/FirstNameLastName.wise
We appreciate that each individual may have different levels of experience and confidence in the use of phone and video technology. With this in mind, you are welcome to reach out to our reception team to do a run through of the technology before your sessions.
- Plan to arrive 5-10 mins before your appointment starts. Think of it just the same as you would a face-to-face appointment in our practice. This allows time should you need to trouble shoot any connectivity issues or IT hiccups.
- Check your wifi connection and switch to 4G/ 5G if the connection isn’t so good. This is particularly important if you are wanting to do video sessions from your mobile.
- Prepare for your sessions as you would normally. Bring the topics that you want to cover, something to write into and feel free to ask the clinician if they mind you recording the session.

Visiting Us in the Clinic
What happens if I am unwell on the day?
If you are unwell, the most effective way to communicate with your clinician is to reply to your text reminder. They receive these responses directly. If during business hours you are welcome to text, email reception@wiseinstitute.com.au or phone 02 9906 5199. Our admin team will be able to reschedule your appointment to a Telehealth consultation, or reschedule to another day when you are feeling better. Please note that cancellation fees are applied for late cancellations
Location and Parking
Wise Institute is located at Level 1, 59 Willoughby Road Crows Nest (next to Grill’d) and is surrounded by three Council operated multi-level car parks. Each car park offers two hours free parking and is within a five minute walk of the practice. The closest is Holtermann Street Car Park followed by Hume Street Car Park or Alexander Street Car Park (above Woolworths). Alternatively, there are plenty of one hour metered parking spots in front of the clinic on Willoughby Road.
